The term "Southern Baptist Convention" is used to refer to both the denomination and its annual meeting. Working through 1,200 local associations and 41 state conventions and fellowships, Southern Baptists share a common bond of basic Biblical beliefs and a commitment to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the entire world.

We are also part of the Florida Baptist Convention (www.flbaptist.org).

The Florida Baptist State Convention is the agency providing mission, ministry and support services to cooperating Baptist churches and associations. The Florida Baptist State Convention is the umbrella organization under which all State Convention agencies - including the Florida Baptist Convention - operate. It also refers to the annual meeting attended by messengers from cooperating Southern Baptist churches that is held each November.
