Pastor Kenny Slay and his wife, Susan, have been long time members of First Baptist Church Fort Meade. Kenny has been on staff since June 2003. Kenny and Susan have two children, Kendrick and Connor.

Mark and his wife, Deana, came to First Baptist Church Fort Meade in March 2006. Mark has been on staff since February 2007. Mark is currently attending South Florida Community College and works for Peace River Electric Cooperative. Mark & Deana have two grown sons, Clifton and Nathan.
